Aghavnavanq Monastery — Attraction in Tavush Province

Awesome place. Been here with my family a couple of time. It's not far from the village Aghavnavank. I remember the picture of my grandpa peaking trough the churche's window. I miss him so much... (I will post that picture here...

For me personally the best part was the road to reaching the church rather than the church itself. Although the latter is also nice. The forest that leads to the church is extra clean and you come to see a wild and pure green...

Not much to see and too far to walk, not worth the trouble. But if you do go there then stop for coffee and gæta at the last hotel on the sharp turn off...
