The water is super clear, and on a calm day, it’s perfect for swimming or just floating around pretending you're in a tropical paradise. It’s more of a relax-and-take-it-all-in beach.
My wife and I went for a long walk along the shoreline and only ran into a few people, which was such a win.

You can go there by car and stay on the beach and enjoy the breeze and waves and fresh air. It will definitely leave you with wonderful memories. it is also a fantastic spot for swimming, snorkeling, or just wading in the shallows. Of course watch out for the warning signs and stay out of water if directed. It is Aurtralia, right? :) There is Aldinga Conservation Park that you can also visit. Trip there was truly refreshing.
