Well presented reflection site that details the experiences of the stolen generation in Blackwood. Presented in a sensitive, balanced and compassionate way. There are numerous listening posts voiced by former residents provide a lot of detail into daily life. The art works are poignant. Look for the little frog scultpures on the rocks!

Educative and interesting experience. So much sadness expressed in the large painting and sculptures. We have been driving past many times and did not know it was there, no brown signpost. I saw the aboriginal woman sculpture and we turned around to visit and learn about the stolen generation. Well worth our time.

To think that small Aboriginal Australian babies and children were stolen between the 1900's to 1980s all for nothing but to prevent cultural contact and destroy kinship ties to country n families under the policies is a total shame to this country. This memorial is a testament to the survivors of the policies and the children who lived there, a place where the grieving mother statue...
