Entry from Magazine Road: There is lot of water, vegetation and birds close to the highway but the roadside it is full of litter. A decent path leads to the bird hide, through dried up salt lakes and samphire. We will try again during winter to see the promised wading birds, there are better options this time of the year.

A lovely spot to take your dogs for a walk. Abundance of water at the moment and loads of hidden spots to check out along the way. A playground for the little-ones, picnic tables, ducks, frogs, birds.... Heaps of parking. restaurant onsite, they sell good coffee. *Be aware of snakes!!

First time I have been here.Surprised by all the rubbish dumped near the waterways and road.Hot day when we went but there is a couple of shady spots to stand. Not many birds will come back when cooler. There is a bird hide but no toilet.

Dirty, noisy and barren. Signs of seedy human life had been left lying all over the place (beer bottles, rubbish etc). Out in the distant water it looks like a nice location for the swans and pelicans and reside here, but as a place to visit I must advice against it for the time being if you are looking for a quiet refuge.

I couldn't find any walking trails or much of anywhere to go, but they be...

Fantastic area for bird watching. There was a huge array of birdlife to be seen with an easy, relatively flat path to walk along. It would be very difficult for someone in a wheelchair or with a walker as there are areas that have bollards you need to get through. I have a walking stick though and found...
