Heron Way Reserve — Attraction in Adelaide

Lovely undercover picnic areas, seating and BBQs available as well as a single unisex toilet and well equipped playground along Hallett Cove Beach and walking track. Dogs must be on a lead and there is a drinking fountain available. There is free street parking but it can easily fill up especially on weekends and public holidays. A well maintained beach reserve. Public toilets, drinking fountain, shelters, BBQ, outdoor gym and a playground that will keep the kids busy for a few hours. Leads down to a rocky beach with a couple of huge climbable rocks at the edge of the water. There's only a small area suitable for swimming as there is a sharp drop off at the water's edge which could cause a dangerous undertow. This is a beautiful family friendly spot for all to enjoy. A nice Playground situated in front of the ocean with plenty of well maintained lawn for activities or just to sit and capture the views. There are plenty of benches along the path. Toilet facilities located at the end of path on Heron Way as well as next to the café.
