Lovely undercover picnic areas, seating and BBQs available as well as a single unisex toilet and well equipped playground along Hallett Cove Beach and walking track. Dogs must be on a lead and there is a drinking fountain available. There is free street parking but it can easily fill up especially on weekends and public holidays. The beach is a combination of sand and ocean pebbles, with a wooden staircase leading down to it. The sweeping views from the top are absolutely stunning. Further north along the path is the Hallett Cove Conservation Park and the...

A well maintained beach reserve. Public toilets, drinking fountain, shelters, BBQ, outdoor gym and a playground that will keep the kids busy for a few hours. Leads down to a rocky beach with a couple of huge climbable rocks at the edge of the water. There's only a small area suitable for swimming as there is a sharp drop off at the water's edge which could cause a dangerous undertow. The middle ramp down has steep deep steps so Nanas make sure you take a grandies hand. Once down there your grandies won't...

This is a beautiful family friendly spot for all to enjoy. A nice Playground situated in front of the ocean with plenty of well maintained lawn for activities or just to sit and capture the views. There are plenty of benches along the path. Toilet facilities located at the end of path on Heron Way as well as next to the café. We walked the boardwalk for about 4km to get to this spot and arrived just before sunset. Plenty of street parking available. There is also a bbq near a shaded area just past...

This place is one of my most favourite place. And I believe no one can deny it's beauty. Sunset is amazing at any day, any season. Recently it's been renovated which enhances it's beauty more. It has playground for children, walking trail. It also has a open exercise place with some equipments. If you want to do a BBQ party, it has that facility too. Car parks are available. The place is not that far from city. There is a little cafe end of the road, though that is closed by 5 pm.
