Beautiful location overlooking the river. Some local produce and beautiful accent. Customer service could be improved as we were asked if we had a reservation for the wine tasting which we didn't. A few of our group chose to do the wine tasting and others did not. The service staff came across as a bit rude saying that we should of booked. The website indicates on a side tab that reservations are suggested but not required. The people not tasting were inspecting the products on shelves way out of the way from traffic areas but were told that we couldn't be in the way. The tasting area was about half full. We were requested to go to another area that had been cordoned off. I spoke to one of the service staff to apologise that we weren't aware that we could go into the other room as it was blockaded and was told that we weren't able to. I persisted and mentioned that another staff member that we were told to go there. She begrudgingly said we could go into the other room. I would have hoped for a more welcoming attitude as the weather was bad and not many visitors. Hopefully others have had a...

Elitist and extremely overpriced! We arrived 30 minutes before closing, only to be denied the wine tasting because they claimed there wasn’t enough time for their usual detailed explanations. Even with a newborn, we weren’t allowed to sit indoors—an area reserved exclusively for wine club members and official tasting guests. With ample time remaining and almost no other customers, we expected a bit of flexibility under the circumstances. Instead, we were forced to sit outside or at the back. We ordered a cheese plate and a glass of Shiraz, but the cheese plate was outrageously overpriced. It was served on disposable plates and cups, and it tasted as if it were assembled from supermarket ingredients. After visiting numerous vineyards around the world, this was by far the most standoffish, snobbish, and overpriced experience we’ve encountered...

The most inhospitable experience I think I’ve ever had at a hospitality venue. We booked ahead and had 10 people come to drink Two Figs Wines. No one else was at the venue. We asked if we could sit inside because it was cold outside. We were refused, with the reason give that it was for Members only. There were no members there. We asked if we could drink our purchase bottled of wine at the bar and were refused because it would be too much to clean up before closing at 5pm. So we had to drink the wine outside in the cold. When we wanted to buy another bottle we were almost refused because it was too close to 5pm which was closing time. It was 4.40pm. No one else was there. The gentlemen that was so rude to us clearly should not be in hospitality. I highly recommend avoiding this venue. The service and wines are not...

Huge selection of vegan wines! Justin hosted our tasting. He was passionate and knowledgeable. He talked us through our buying and membership options and wasn't at all pushy. At just $10 pp for a tasting, I would definitely recommend! We picked up a few bottles, including the Sauvignon Blanc, Rose & Pinot Grigio. Also really enjoyed the Sticky Fig but we don't reach for a dessert wine at home. The reds were nice too, but just not what we'd normally go for. Also, the views here are BEAUTIFUL! The tastings were held in a newly renovated 'shed' that offered a bright and welcoming seating area with incredible views and cute/quirky signage. This is definitely a vineyard I'd like to revisit. Added bonus... this place is pet friendly!!!
