Barrabup pool — Attraction in Barrabup

What a great little swimming hole. Stayed a night in my camper van and it was just us and two other groups. So peaceful in the morning, with the birds chirping in the air. The water is kinda murky and there was some sort of oil pollution lingering but Workmans Pool isn't too far away and the water there is pristine and is hidden away from the campsites, surrounded by trees. A lovely area for either a day trip or over night camping trip. The camping area is located above the pool, so there is a short walk up the hill. Their are toilets, bins, disability parking, fire bbqs and park benches. The natural swimming pool is beautiful and very inviting. There are several stairs in and out of the pool, and a jumping area off of the end of the deck. No dogs aloud...

We were told "It's just a pool" (skip it) but I'm so glad we didn't listen!

Only detraction was the quality of those toilets - I won't go into detail but people need to look after them better! Going in the bush is preferable to the scene in the toilets 😑
