Five stars for the activities, but drop stars for the reasons below. Great fun up in the trees, and a fantastic challenge for someone afraid of heights! The courses were a great mix of challenging and taking it a bit easier. Very physically demanding, as well as mentally with the heights. Lots of fun ziplines too! We did the super circuit and the zip coaster, both of which were great fun. It is on the expensive side, but it's very well maintained and the staff were mostly very helpful. A few small downers: We were advised upon arrival that we had missed our briefing session and would need to wait for the next one. We were surprised at this and were promptly advised that in the terms and conditions it says to arrive 30 mins before the start time for briefing. As a first point, it really should say very clearly when booking that your session starts 30mins before for briefing. Alternatively, you book for the time of the briefing. When re-assessing the site, I couldn't find it anywhere. In the terms and conditions of the booking email, POINT SIX! was about time to arrive, which is a bit ridiculous. Despite the nature of the activity (very active, climbing), the advice not to take anything on the course with you, and that you can't walk/get public transport there and therefore most people have car keys, the lockers really should be included in the admission price. $5/hr for a locker when you have already paid in excess of $200 for two people is really very frustrating and makes it feel you are just being taken for a bit of a ride. Additionally, when checking in, we were advised of the lockers whereas the couple next to us had their stuff taken behind the counter to be watched and therefore did not need to pay $15 for a locker. Even a locker where you put a coin in and get it back at the end would be better. The lady on the reception desk was not particularly friendly and seemed annoyed whenever we asked a question.

Would highly recommend the course but it would be great if the management could look at the lockers, booking information and some...

Attended second week of school holidays as a family of 4; 2A and 2C. Very expensive day out. Our two kids aged 16 and 14 did the Super and Zip Combo ($130+$125) while hubby and I watched. The spectator fee was $25 p/p, which included a 10 minute tree top walk around the circuit - not worth $50. The total outlay for the visit was $305. The kids started with the Super Circuit and went through this pretty quickly - they are both pretty athletic. They both thoroughly enjoyed this and had heaps of fun. The last circuit they wanted to do was the wall climb and tarzan swing. They had watched some people do this when we first arrived and were both excited to do the experience. However, just before lunch, it closed. When asked, staff said it would reopen once they returned from lunch. The kids had been waiting around 45 minutes, when staff arrived with a film crew they were taking around the park. They opened the wall climb and swing for filming. Once the crew had finished, the kids asked the staff if they could now do the climb and swing and were told it had closed for the day. I asked members in the office why the experience was no longer open. They explained it was due to insufficient staff as two had called in sick that morning and extra staff were allocated to the film crew. I appreciate having people call in sick is out of anyone's control, but why did they not do their filming earlier in the morning prior to the park opening, or at the very least tell customers before they pay $300+ that they are filming today, and to expect waits at the circuits and some experiences would close early as a result. We would have gone on another day. They also claimed the tarzan swing was a special experience that it is not routinely open. Where does it say this? My kids still had their zip ride to finish. They went and joined a queue of around 5 kids. The film crew then arrived and we along with the other kids who had been patiently waiting ahead of us were told the film crew would skip the line and go first. The experience left a...

On Monday 19th of April. We had a session at 11:00AM of Super Circuit. After getting the training by a lady, we started our session and being guided by a crew named KALEB. Firstly, we went on stair no.4. (We did not notice which stair no. was that due to first time experience). Then, we felt it’s a bit difficult for us to go for the next challenge, we decided to come back down (there was nobody at the back). Once we came down, KALEB suggested us to go stair no.2 and we went up. However, we couldn’t manage to finish it then we went down again (because, there was still nobody at the back). From then, the argument started as KALEB said that we are not allowed to go back because if there is someone at the back he couldn’t manage to help us down MANY TIMES. However, we did not ask any SINGLE help from him yet he was talking to us very aggressively that he would not let us come in if we go back again. Even when there was 2 girls at the back, they wanted to pass through, he did not notice but focused on arguing with us (That’s not a good way to do customer service I think). I am wondering what was he there for? His mission is to help us out whenever we were not comfortable with the challenge and we would like to change to another one (as we were still in the 2hr session which we paid for).

My friend and I have been to another Tree Adventure before and we did not feel this much upset even when they were a lot busier than today’s experience. Whenever I do not feel comfortable with the challenge, I think I can ask for help because that is what the crews here for. (There’s no policy saying that we are not allowed to ask for help or change the challenges during our session) Instead, we got an upset mood and it affected our whole journey as well.

Everything is good, other staffs are very nice and helpful, the challenges are good and fun as well. Only one thing is KALEB who made us feel very bad about this journey experience.

This was an intense experience. It's not the best to find out that you are afraid of heights by coming here šŸ˜‚ When arriving the staff was good and organised I'd say. We got clear instructions on how to make what work. I think it's extremely important that they guide you through a tiny practice run first to ensure you will be safe and aware of how to do everything. We were keen to try this place out, although it is 3 hours from our home location. The Zip coaster was awesome and we would have loved to go on it a few more times if you didn't have to pay for every single ride. We also booked the Super Circuit. Reaching the first obstacle I panicked with irrational fears of falling, which was clearly not gonna happen. I just had never been on such ropey and bouncy structures so high up above the ground. It was a bit difficult at first to toughen up but the more we did the better I got, I think we did 4 out of 5 courses. Luckily my partner was very encouraging, guiding me through and it wasn't too busy as well. I thankfully never held up any people behind us, it was always just us on a course which was great. The course structures were good, with some obstacles being more challenging than others. The best part was always the zip line at tge end though. That is what really pushed me to get through šŸ˜‚ I think the only downside was the price. I thought it was a bit much having to pay general admission on top of booking the big obstacles course. For 2 people we paid $220 for 2Ɨ general admission, zip coaster and course. Overall, we did have fun!

So. Much. Fun. So close to Lorne you could probably walk here. We did the ā€˜Super Circuit’ and I’d say you need to be relatively fit to complete it all. I was worried that we’d be ā€˜stuck’ with whatever group of people you check in with, or ā€˜stuck’ behind people when out on the course, but the beauty of this place was that the circuit is actually broken up into 5 separate lines, and once you complete one line you come back to the start and hook up to the next one. They don’t need to be done in any order, so you can begin a line that’s not had someone go up it for a while – this avoids getting ā€˜stuck’ behind someone else! Another thing I loved is that it’s pretty much completely unsupervised – you’re strapped into your gear, do a little demo line and away you go on your own. The only supervision was for the rock-climbing wall and a zip-line into a cargo net. Warning for those who aren’t sure about doing this – once you’re hooked on to a line, you literally cannot come off it without completing the line/course. I recommend booking an early time slot, as it got busier throughout the day. Warning: The costs for this quickly rack up! It’s $56 pp for the super circuit ticket, however they also charge a ā€˜general admission’ of $12 on top for anything you book We were also disappointed that the $136 we paid didn’t include the shockwave zip coaster – we weren’t prepared to spend another $36 each to do that.

A bit torn in what rating to give but few reasons why it’s lost a few stars. Don’t get me wrong, me and my boy had fun doing the coaster and short circuit (get to do 4 different courses). But at $234 for the 2 of us, it ain’t cheap. I thought it was a bit much asking us then to pay for locker use too after forking out that much. The staff all seemed friendly for being so young. What left a sour taste and is a major flag however was a badly damaged walkway with loose flooring and an exposed screw/ nail. This was in the trampoline area. The whole board was bouncing up and down and could have easily come loose, It was a disaster waiting to happen for a kid to run onto it/ fall on it. I’m not sure how regularly maintenance checks are carried out, but I suggest these should be done a bit more regularly. Before noticing it I actually thought the boards all seemed loose and was amazed the stress the boards appeared to be under in that area. I took a video but unfortunately can’t post it so photo probably won’t do it justice. Someone else had notified staff prior to me and I believe they were going to check it out. Overall the experience was fun, but expensive. If your kid asks you for a birthday party here, you might wanna hope for a lottery win prior. And maybe do a maintenance check after what occurred today.
