One of the most beautiful places near Perth! The waterfall is quite dynamic with strong overflow if you visit after a good winter/fall time. We visited in September and it was amazing. Around June the waterfall was not as strong understandably because of the dry season. Nonetheless this place worth visiting in any season. The path is quite easy to reach from its parking zone but also a great workout if you choose to hike from Karrie Valley Resort. It is quite accessible for pram and wheelchair from car park to the fall outlook. The circular path around the fall however is only accessible by a moderate hiking due to number of steps and a suspended bridge which is quite fun to pass through one or two people at a time and definitely one way (from either sides) because itโs quite narrow. There is a lovely picnic table/area next to the main entrance from the car park that can accomodate 6-8 people and itโs shaded. Karrie forest does the magic and the feel and smell of this lovely forest is with you for the whole duration of your stay in there. Cannot recommend this fall enough and although we have visited this place 6-7 times this is a spot we always visit in future when...

Interesting to see that "love locks" have been fastened to the bridge. A 20-30 minute walk on a dirt track brings you to the Walk Through Tree. We imagined a large tree with a space large enough to walk through it. It's a big tree but the hole looks carved out with a chainsaw which you access by a small ladder and walk through with a slight stoop. (Sad to see so many names carved into the trunk of the tree - many from 2021.) The track to the tree could be a difficult trip for those not used to bush walking - it is on a reasonable incline and can be slippery when wet. The toilets at the Falls are bush drop toilets. This may stress out some delicate souls. All up, a pleasant enough experience and worth a few hours if...

Beedelup Falls is a stunning cascading waterfall surrounded by massive karri trees. You can hike to the lake from here, but the trail does get muddy after a huge rain.
It does sadden me to see how many trees have been carved out by idiots to mark their names. It just shows a lack of respect and kinda makes me sad to see the trees who were doing fine for centuries til someone decide that their name should go on them. Enjoy the place, show some respect.
You do need to buy the national park pass that you need to show on your dashboard, but it is valid for all parks around the area and there are...
