It could have been a nice experience since it is a beautiful beach. It was ruined by irresponsible people. It is a dog free beach. I took my adult with autism and intellectual disability and he suffers from phobia of dogs. Two people with in 15 minutes brought there dogs and without leash. My son panicked and ran away from the waves which he loved to spend time on. When my husband told one of those people to take their dogs away they were rude and...

Easy to access but parking can be difficult in summer. Great picnic area before you get to the beach. Lovely beach along which to walk. In terms of swimming, this section of Seven Mile ( opp Beach Road) is unpatrolled and has dangerous rips/ undercurrents. Need for everyone to be careful. Much safer to swim at Gerroa end of Seven Mile Beach which is...

Situated on the Shoalhaven coast between Shoalhaven Heads and Gerroa this national park encompasses part of Seven Mile beach. Great for families who wish to have get togethers near the beach. Great facilities including covered picnic areas and plenty of space to let the young ones run around and burn off that excess energy or take a leisurely stroll...

It could have been a nice experience since it is a beautiful beach. It was ruined by irresponsible people. It is a dog free beach. I took my adult with autism and intellectual disability and he suffers from phobia of dogs. Two people with in 15 minutes brought there dogs and without leash. My son panicked and ran away from the waves which he loved to spend time on. When my husband told one of those people to take their dogs away they were rude and fobbed him off.

Huge wide clean beach. Great for walking or riding your bike. There are signs staying no dogs and horses but we saw both and as usual no policing of the rules. Swimming is a bit tough as they waves were not very friendly. Beach not patrolled either. The toilets and picnic facilities are great as is the shower and foot washing pole.

Stunning and quiet beach. A few more toilets and rubbish bins would be great. There were allot of blue bottles while we were there. However, they were avoidable if you watch where you walk. The BBQ area and showers were fantastic.
