An Absolute Hidden Gem in the Perth Hills What an incredible find! This charming new boutique winery offers a truly unique tasting experience away from the bustle and tours you get at Swan Valley. The setting is peaceful and beautifully remote — the kind of place where time slows down and the wine takes centre stage.
The range of wines was genuinely impressive for such an intimate venue. The Cabernet Franc was the standout for me — rich, elegant, and perfectly balanced on the palate. I’m also a big fan of a good fortified, and theirs was absolutely spot on — smooth, full-bodied, and just delightful.
The tasting bar inside is chic and welcoming, while the outdoor area is relaxed with gorgeous views — the perfect spot for a long afternoon with a glass in hand. The restaurant is set to open soon, and we’ll definitely be back to experience that next time.
And of course, we can’t forget Alfie, the beautiful brown lab who completely stole the show — what a sweetheart!
If you’re looking for something a little different from the usual, and love the idea of discovering a new winery with charm, character, and incredible wines — this place is an absolute must-visit. Perth locals, put it on your list. 🍷✨

If you have children, I suggest staying away from this place. Their 3 dogs roamed freely throughout the restaurant whilst we dined.
One dog in particular nipped at my daughters ankles as she played on the grassed area and as she screamed in fear, rather than help my daughter, the employees said, “she’s only a puppy”. It also sat between my wife and I and watched us as we ate, it may as well have been sitting on my lap. We politely asked the waiter if she could remove the dogs as my daughter was distraught and despite not making it a priority until we raised our voices at this dog this same dog came back out several times. Not a single apology given to us or our children. Whilst inside, we saw this dog walking in and out of the kitchen and because of the negative experience we left before getting our dessert.
When we went to pay our bill, we saw the same dog jump on to our table and finish our food.
Their Ruby Port is delicious but we will sadly not be returning. #badexperience #worstcustomerservice #wholetthedogsout...

Word of warning, steer well and truly clear of this place. You will be forced to work well over the time you are told that is your shift and with no breaks, which is breaking the law. Also you will be told off for even having a stop for 2 minutes to grab some water. Absolutely pathetic behaviour from the owners, who have no respect for the staff that work for them.
Not to mention the fact that the owner has little to no control over her dogs as you are trying to work, resulting in unsafe working practices.
Do yourself a favour and work for another place that actually respects and treats people properly and not as if they are working at a prison in subhuman conditions.
And I also fully expect a wonderfully fabricated reply from the delightful owner about how all this is not the case. A truly miserable human being that needs to reevaluate how she treats people. :)
