Surprisingly, this is a really lovely camping spot with a beautiful river. There are two main tracks — we chose the longer one, which takes you up the hill where you can see the whole river, the surrounding mountains, and even catch sight of trains occasionally passing through a tunnel under the hillside.
The climb is a bit steep, but along the way we spotted several kangaroo moms with their joeys hopping around looking for food — super cute 🥰.
