This coastal walkway in eastern Brisbane is an amazing destination that allows you to immerse yourself in the beauty of the Mangrove coast. As you stroll through the lush vegetation, you'll feel as though you're on an exhilarating jungle adventure. The vast array of trees and other plants is awe-inspiring, with an endless variety that I couldn't even begin to name. The length of the walkway is also impressive, offering plenty of opportunities to soak in the stunning views.

However, it's important to note that this park is best enjoyed during the day and it's advisable to leave before sunset if you're not familiar with the area. Most pedestrian paths are not illuminated, and walking in the dark can be challenging and risky. Additionally, you'll need to take precautions to protect your skin from mosquito bites.

Overall, this amazing walkway is a must-see destination for nature lovers seeking adventure and stunning views along the...

A wonderful and quite unique opportunity to get close to nature, observe wildlife or relax. This Mangrove boardwalk has a very romantic setting and offers numerous adventures for different audiences; a great spot for bird watchers (bird watching huts on site), education spot for kids, romantic walks or family trips. Although its quite close to a waste station and the airport it is a very peaceful place that is never too busy. Its close to the popular dog off-leash area and the horse beach (where race horse trainer and private persons exercise their horses). The boardwalk itself is made of wooden planks leading straight through the mangrove swamps. So unique! The mangrove roots, the typical muddy smell, the crabs, the...

I don't think you can beat a board walk, Such a cool place So much wildlife can be seen here. I do wish it was expanded a bit with say an extended walkway into the waterways so you could walk out of the mangrove forest and just be surrounded by water although I assume that would attract fishermen. The rule that no bikes are allowed through there I can understand due to the walkway being narrow. If your in the area, I 1000% percent recommend taking a walk through and trying to spot some crabs. Occasionally when the tide reaches a really high point, some parts may flood...

The Wynnum Mangrove Boardwalk offers a scenic and relaxing walk through lush mangroves with stunning views of Moreton Bay. The pathway is impressively neat and clean, making it a pleasure to explore. There are multiple birdwatching opportunities, with local species as well as sightings of migratory birds, including some from as far as Alaska and black swans.. It's a peaceful spot perfect for nature lovers, with informative plaques and plenty of seating areas to soak in the surroundings...

Great and popular circuit walk showcasing the mangrove environments of Morton Bay with plenty of informative signs along the way. The boardwalk is wide, well constructed out of recycled plastics, with seating and viewing areas along the way. There’s plenary of bird and marine life to be seen and is fully shaded by the mangrove canopy. There were no sandflys or mozzies when we were there but im sure there would be times you’d be eaten alive, so something to consider.
