Bruny Island Coastal Retreats — Attraction in Bruny Island

I recently stayed at Cloudy Bay Cabin for 2 separate weekends with different groups of friends. It was fantastic! A truly incredible location. The cabin itself is comfortable and well-equipped. It was very clean and tidy. The property managers were excellent to communicate with and although I had no experience with gas hot water/solar set up, they talked me through it and we had no issues whatsoever. I also had the good fortune of enjoying a tour of several of the other properties and I look forward to spending more time on Bruny and staying in some higher-end accommodation for a special weekend away. I stayed here with friends and it was GORGEOUS!! The accommodations are as clean and well looked after as advertised, or really even better because of their stunning location. We were steps from the beach, the weather was pristine, the views other-worldly, and we found it super easy to get around the island. The staff are very helpful when necessary - you get the sense they've been mandated by who's ever in-charge to make guests happy, which is appreciated. I highly recommend this destination to those headed for Bruny, and for those who are aren't you should put the island and these properties high...

We had the absolute privilege of spending a week at the Lodge with our wider family. The experience was unbelievable and it was certainly the tonic we needed after the 8 weeks of dealing with the bush fires at home. As an RFS volunteer, our time at the lodge was the perfect balance of relaxation, adventure, being able to reconnect with family and of course catching up with good friends (the staff).
