Sinclair's Waterhole — Attraction in Buckland

A perfect swimming place on a hot day. It’s a 50mtr walk through the bushes from the Carpark but once you reach there you would love it. Good for kids who can swim as the water current can be a bit tricky to swim through. It’s small pool sort of thing but has 3 different places to jump in the water. Some brilliant person has put up a rope to swing in the water. A bit rocky but if you are careful it should be fine. Not good for small kids. Absolutely brilliant, Felt like an ice bath and deep in the middle, rocks form around the edges under the water, But can and are slippery. Brilliant area for a quick dip and the fact you can swim over and sit under the casade. The parking lot isn't far from the waterhole maybe 40mtrs if that. So much fun, but a certain level of caution and expertise is needed when trying the 3-4m cliff jump and the rope swing from the tree (I prefer to hold the rope itself, not the log tied to the rope, my grip feels more secure).
