We attended the Brangayne of Orange as part of a wine tour hosted by Lyn from ‘Uncork Orange Wine Tour’. Being occasional wine drinkers but never previously doing a wine tour we weren’t sure how it all worked but from the minute we attended Brangayne of Orange we were welcomed in and provided some delicious wines, amazing history and fun conversation by our host Cath.

Cath was wonderful and a credit to the Brangayne brand and her approach to your visit while at the winery is something that you have to experience for yourself.

As each wine is poured you are given details of that wine and the historical link that the Brangayne winery has to the Orange area.

The wines are wonderful, the conversation and laugh great.

I moved to Orange from Sydney 9 years ago, and being a wine lover I have now visited all of the local cellar doors a number of times. I have to say Brangayne is one of my favourites. It's beautifully simple, unpretentious and a little bit rustic. Family owned and they greet all visitors like family. The wines are outstanding, and Kath and David don't rush through the tasting, they are proud of their wines, as they should be, and take the time to really guide you through their range. Always friendly and relaxed, but still professional. I highly recommend a visit to Brangayne.

Poor quality service, unfriendly greeting and not the same person serving all the wines, and therefore confusion with tastings. I was with a group of people and all of us felt that we received a poor quality tasting experience. The rest of the wineries we went to had a relaxed experience and were friendly and informative on the wines we were tasting- which were also much better quality than this winery. At the end, the lady gave us a lecture on disrespect and complained about the fact we didn’t purchase enough bottles of wine, saying ‘you’ve wasted an hour of my time’ all of which which was hugely detrimental to our wine tasting experience.
