The first time I saw the rooes :))

Cleland Park is a popular nature park located in the Adelaide Hills region of South Australia, approximately 22 km from the city of Adelaide. The park covers an area of 35 hectares and is home to a diverse range of flora and fauna, including kangaroos, wallabies, emus, koalas, and a variety of bird species.

One of the main attractions of Cleland Park is the opportunity to see and interact with Australian wildlife up close. Visitors can hand-feed kangaroos and wallabies, get a photo with a koala, and observe other animals in their natural habitats. The park also offers various educational programs and experiences, such as guided walks, wildlife presentations, and behind-the-scenes tours.

In addition to its wildlife offerings, Cleland Park also features several walking trails that provide scenic views of the surrounding area. The park is open daily from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm, and admission fees apply. It is a popular destination for both locals and tourists, and is well-regarded for its commitment to conservation...

Had an amazing experience. The park was home to a variety of animals, and many of them were out and about, which made for some fantastic photo opportunities. We had a chance to feed and pat kangaroos, wallabies, and emus, which was a unique experience and one of the highlights of our visit.

One of the most popular attractions in the park was the up-close koala experience, and although the line was long, it was definitely worth the wait. The experience was amazing, and we got to see the koalas up close and learn a lot about them. It was an educational and fun experience that we would highly recommend to anyone visiting the park.

One tip for visitors is to bring a packed lunch because the Cafe in the park is quite expensive. We found that bringing our own food was a great way to save money while still enjoying our visit to the park.

Overall, the wildlife park was a fantastic experience, and we would highly recommend it to anyone who loves...

Terrible service, very ignorant staff with little to no knowledge. Fist off no one was their to scan our tickets we went online to get tickets. When we entered it was empty so we walked through then half way through our family adventure we get pulled aside by two ignorant women who claimed we didn't pay even though it was there staff who failed to do their jobs behind the desk. Got kicked out because I was documenting my family trip and one of their ignorant staff members walked into my camera view and they blamed me for their ignorance. When told to leave we asked for a ride back we were denied with sassy attitude following up with they will follow us out. Once back to the building we requested a refund they refused they failed to provide any information on who to email to request said refund. Just all around ignorant staff, sad sick looking animals run down buildings sad...

Cleland National Park is a great place to experience Australia’s natural beauty. With scenic walking trails and wildlife such as koalas, kangaroos, and emus, it’s perfect for nature lovers. Visitors can feed kangaroos by purchasing a food pack for AUD 4, adding a fun and interactive element to the visit. Tickets cost AUD 33.50 for adults, with concession rates available. The park also has a beautiful lookout near the rock kangaroo area, offering stunning views of the cit. Picnic spots are available for those who want to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. While some days include koala rest days or limited access to certain areas, there’s still plenty to explore. The on-site café offers tasty snacks and lunches, making it easy to spend a full day at the park. Cleland National Park is a wonderful destination for connecting with nature and wildlife.

This Park was recommended by our Adelaide taxi driver. I am so glad that we decided to visit once we picked up our rental car since it was located outside of the main city center. We spent about 3 hours here but you can definitely spend more time. I suggest you contact them and schedule your visit around the keeper presentations, animal feeding times and, if interested, the Koala hold. There are lots of animals that you can see close up and even feed. The kangaroos are very gentle and love to eat from your hand. If you don’t have a car, I would definitely recommend that you contact a tour operator, especially if you have children.

You can hold a koala. A real like friggin koala in your arms!! How can I possibly give a wonderful enough review for this place? My first time to Australia I stepped off the plane and went straight here and oh my gosh.. the kangaroos and wallabies will bounce right up to you and eat food pellets out of your hand. I went on a Monday and there weren’t a ton of people. There were Tons of animals, more than I can even name. All the hoppy ones and feathered ones and spiny ones and even wombats. Go here, it’s amazing especially for first time visitors to Australia.
