Great roadside stop. We slept the night cause I couldn't drive anymore. Bbqs worked, great shelter over 2 bbqs with bench seats and tables each side, a mother's room, and toilets for both genders. BUT... NO WATER, SO THE TOILETS WEREN'T FLUSHING. Couldn't use taps either. Thankfully I carry my own water jerry full of water, but alas, I'd done my number 2 before I knew about the no flush. I'm sure it's clean and fixed by now, I checked other toilets after that, and none flushed. I'm sure it's fixed by now, cause they are very well maintained, clean, no rubbish. Disappointingly, the drive through the back country on thin tarred windy country roads to arrive at this place in the valley, I could sense would have been great during the day. Some pretty high winding hills. Will hopefully go through there again sometime. THE biggest toilet block and seperate room I’ve seen, not sure why so big for just a quiet rest area off the road but splendidly dead quiet in the night for a terrific sleep after long travelling through the night.
