I had my wedding at One Paddock . I cannot reccomend One Paddock enough ! The hospitality and attention to detail was impeccable . I am a International Flight Attendent living in Dubai but Australian born . I wanted to have our Wedding in Australia . Good quality food , great service and a beautiful location with owners and staff who really cared was what I wanted . One Paddock captured the true essence of Australia that I wanted for my international guests . I have dined in some of the worlds most famous places whilst traveling the world and I can honestly say One Paddocks food is now on my top list of places . My guests have been talking about the food ever since . Tim worked so hard to make each dish to die for . Thank you Tim for your simply delicious menu . We had standing canapés and everyone loved being able to be inside and outside on the lawns with the very cool drinks Van out on the lawn. Everyone remarked on the standing canapés . Tim was very generious with his portions and all my guests rolled out of One Paddock happy and very full ! The wine was wonderful and I would reccomend the drinks package . Everyone talked none stop about the sticky toffee pudding . It was warm with fresh cream on top . A very generious potion . The salads were simply delicious and the sharing Maine’s so yummy . I made a point of tasting every dish ! Rachel was so flexible in the arrangements and I felt nothing was too much for her . I really loved her kind and calm approach to planning . As a bride you want to feel your wedding matters . Rachel made me feel like my wedding was so important and I’m so thankful . My only comment would be , I had the 5 hour package and the time went so fast if I could do it again I would spend the extra money to add on another hour as it was such a wonderful time and went fast !! Thank you from the bottom of my...

My husband and I treated our friends to a night away in the winery region of Currency Creek and were not disappointed. The attention to detail, the wonderful host and hostess and gorgeous villa were "top notch."||The kitchen had everything you would need (along with plates, cups, bowls, wine glasses for 2, you also had a electric fry pan, electric hot plate, microwave, fry pan, coffee pod machine and a great selection of tea bags plus a large carton of water for drinking and a good sized fridge) and the provisions for breakfast on hand.||Our pre-purchased champagne was in the fridge waiting for us and it was really nice to see that ice cubes in a chilled wine bottle holder was in the freezer too.||Everything was clean and tidy with a very large bathroom complete with hair dryer, tissues, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash and body cream available to use.||We had Villa No.6 at one end and outside the kitchen double doors was a wine barrel with chairs and a small Webber Q to use if we wished.||Outside our bedroom door were 2 chairs and table under the verandah to take in the view. There is also a shared BBQ in the garden area close by.||We also enjoyed the wine tasting at the main house/restaurant area which was also stylishly decorated and a welcomed area to sit and just "be." There is a lovely lawn area outside with tables and chairs to enjoy the outdoors if you so wish. On the weekend they have a lunch menu board available too.||We couldn't fault this lovely location, attention to detail and wonderful host and hostess. ||We encourage you to think about a get-a-way from the stresses of life and book a Villa here to enjoy the wineries in the area and to chill.||A truly wonderful...

We love that it’s a bit off the beaten track, and One Paddock is well worth visiting. From our initial contact through our dinner, all members of the staff were wonderful. In fact, one person called us during the winery’s annual closure after we had left a voice message. We ended up booking one of The Villas and reservations in the restaurant across the road, located in the cellar door.

Dinner was absolutely fantastic. It’s a four-course meal for a very reasonable price of $69 per person, and we can’t recommend it enough. Highlights were the congee, the crispy barramundi and the grilled lemongrass chicken. Andy, the chef, came to our table to chat and explained his vision for the meal. He’s from Vietnam, and the menu is a culinary journey from Northern Vietnam to Southern Vietnam. He is so talented and personable, and I let him know that it was the best meal that I’ve had in Australia since I moved here in March. Also, The Missus is lactose intolerant, and Andy went out of his way to adjust the dishes to accommodate her dietary needs, without sacrificing quality and taste.

We booked the stay to celebrate a special occasion, and staff went above and beyond to make our stay so enjoyable. The Villa that was assigned to us was spacious and well appointed. The solitude and quietness were much appreciated, and we very much liked waking up in the morning and having our coffee on the verandah, listening to the birds and morning sounds. The bed was small but very comfortable, and the room overall had a good, homey feeling.

All in all, we highly recommend One Paddock. Everything was clean and well presented, and the restaurant is phenomenal. Don’t miss the...

My partner has booked 2 night stay at the One Paddock Winery as a surprise mini holiday for both of us. I did not know what he has organised and was pleasantly surprised when we have arrived at our destination, amidst all the green trees and wineries . Upon our arrival we received a warm welcome from the host who was very kind and showed us our unit. The room.was beautiful and warm - very welcoming on this cold winter afternoon of our arrival. The fridge was full of local goodies, full cream yoghurt with mixed berries, fruits and locally produced milk and honey. We have spent 2 days exploring a beautiful Alexandrina region, visiting Goolwa, Clayton, Milang, Wellington and Victor Harbor. On the day of our departure, we had a lunch at the One Paddock Winery, a beautiful area overlooking an open fireplace and green, rolling paddocks. The lunch was very tasty and beautifully served. The hosts were again very welcoming and friendly, ready to assist us in any way they could. And for this I would like to especially thank both hosts, Tim and Rachel. Both the place and the hosts are great. I would like to highly recommend One Paddock Winery to everyone who is looking for a quality time in a beautiful, natural environment.

Came here for lunch on a hot 40 degree Saturday and its probably not the best place to escape the heat on a hot day as we sat in the back dining room and the 2 aircons were working flat out and unfortunately just not cooling the area down probably due to the big windows and low ceiling. On the other hand the food was great with very generous serves, the menu only has a selection of 6 or 7 different main dishes and 1 dessert but the food was virtually faultless and full of flavour and at $30 for each dish it was quite reasonable on the wallet as well for a winery. Also bought a bottle of their white port which I dont think you can buy from any other wineries or i atleast haven't been able to find anyone else who makes it
