Make sure you include this beautiful winery when in the north coast of Tasmania. A short drive from Devonport or Launceston. It's a stunning setting, modelled on an Italian farmhouse. You'll drive through their vineyard and park next to their apple orchards. The tasting room transports you to Europe. They've got lovely elegant wines, with some that are quite different. The grapes are sourced from Italy and aged in oak barrels here to give a truly unique flavour. One that I was pleasantly surprised with.
