OMG this place goes above and beyond for customer service. After removing my jumper ( the outdoor heater was more than sufficient) one of my earrings fell from my ear , went through the crack of the decking and I thought gone forever. After mentioning this to the lovely young Jordan (staff) he jumped at the chance to retrieve my earring. So on hands and knees under the deck he went. I am eternally grateful Jordan. Then he was back with our wine and food. The pizzas are fresh and tasty, the cheese platter a great way to start. We will definitely be back ❤️❤️

Absolutely a beautiful location and venue. We had one of the outdoor areas for 30 people. However the $45 lunch deal was disappointing. The cheese and meat platters were tiny and there were far too few pizzas for our size group. Some people ended up requesting extras. The quality of the pizzas was good enough but nothing special.

The pizza was so so so awful. Almost raw, barely any toppings, no flavour. We ordered all of the types of pizza and they were all gross and inedible. Very disappointing. Also they gave us a highchair that looked like it was from a war zone, it was filthy and disgusting.

Feeling generous with a two star review, but other recent reviews also reflect our feelings. Booked for 16 people for a bridal shower and were seated under the (extremely hot) marquee. Once directed to the table we didn’t see a staff member for the entire 3 hour duration other than when they delivered food.

The “let us feed you menu” for $45 a head implied that we would be seeing every flavour of pizza featured on the menu. Instead we were met with having to ASK for extra flavours when they asked if we were finished. I disagree about the platters though, ours were enough for the party.

We were grateful they refrigerate the cake for us, but when they brought out our car we had to return to the bar for a knife to cut it, and then subsequently AGAIN for plates and spoons.

Additionally, on THREE different occasions we asked for a server to come at their earliest convenience to take a group photo of our party and clear the tables so we could dish out the cake. After waiting 90 minutes we asked a nearby customer. It’s also worth noting that I’m two occasions that we came back to the cellar door to ask for service, at least 3 staff members were visibly sitting at a table opposite the bar. Whether or not they were having a break, or a staff meeting, or doing work, it’s neither here nor there. We needed additional service, asked for it and were met with false promises, and silence.

Overall, honestly felt like we were shoved in the back corner of the venue and left to fend for ourselves, and were treated like we didn’t exist.

I’m glad we came here to give it a try, but it is honestly not worth your time to take...

Had a booking for 7. Place is gorgeous, wine is Devine but for $45 pp for feed me was a bit disappointing. we got a platter x2 with 2 cheeses on there which were half a block of the chesses, the bread was gorgeous but the oil and vinegar dip did not come with Dukkha which was disappointing. we did ask for Dukkha and was informed it was not part of there platters and they did not have any. Then we got 5 pizzas out for 6 of us as 1 was GF so had her own pizza which was disappointing as she paid the same for i small platter for her and 1 pizza which was NOT $45 in value. We were outside in a gazebo and it was FREEZING the heater out there kept going out and they replaced the gas bottle and it still happened so we ended up heading in side and asked if ok for us to sit near the fire while we had a coffee which they were very accommodating for. Was a great day with the ladies just was needing more value for price and Dukkha would have been great as non of us dipped in the oil mix we just ate the bread. Do not think i will go back for food but def will to buy there wine. gave a 3* as food not great, value for money not great but the winery itself is amazing and staff...

At long last we have spent a relaxing afternoon at this very family friendly venue, sitting out in the beautiful gardens resplendent with magnificent trees, spring bulbs in full bloom, blossoms, just an amazing experience. The staff were so friendly and although fully booked and busy nothing was too much trouble. Being dog friendly ours enjoyed the outing along with other dogs accompanying their owners, all well behaved and just happy to be a part of their families. The paddock is a great place for children of all ages and their mums and dads enjoying a kick and a catch together. The wines are very good and the pizzas were yummie and kept coming!!!! You will not leave feeling hungry!!! Thanks to James and his team for a perfect afternoon and...
