Newell Falls — Attraction in Dorrigo Mountain

This is a very pretty waterfall and well worth stopping in the adjacent car park. It is difficult to take close up photos as there is no stopping on the road - but the view from the car park is good and you can see the full falls as you drive past on the main road. If you are travelling west on Waterfall Way, don't be disappointed - there are much larger falls further along the road...

Looks more like a long gully along a slope rather than a waterfall, viewed from the designated roadside picnic area. Maybe it’s not been raining much lately but the surrounding scenery isn’t that special or appealing, compared to Dangar Falls and Crystal Shower Falls.
