After the zoo, this is the best attraction in Dubbo. We visited on a beautiful hot Friday in January.
The approach from the main road is well paved gravel track which my tiny car was fine on. We parked under a tree and met the lovely lady who owns the site in a big shed full of antiques and knickknacks. For very small cash donation (can't remember exactly but it was no more than $10 per adult) she took us on a lovely tour of the amazing property. Following the tour we were able to roam around by ourselves.
