Aslings Beach — Attraction in Eden

This is such a lovely expansive and scenic beach. Often people walk along it and you often see dog owners and their dogs there too. Paddleboarders and surfers frequent there and a lot of people swim there too. In the busy months there are lifeguards on duty and flags in place. I would not recommend this beach as a place to swim for very young children, but children with good water sense and who can swim should have no problems especially when supervised by their parents/guardians. All in all a great beach to visit, and highly recommended. As with any beach however you should be aware of the danger of rips, and swim according to the conditions... Safety first and...

Beautiful Beach right along the waterfront of Eden; beautiful wheelie bike skateboard walkway and every now and then along the way you can get down to the beach. Dog friendly in certain places, just read the signs. Plenty of garbage bins and places to sit down along the way so there's no litter anywhere. Beaches open to the sea, not much shade except on the walkway...

Aslings Beach is Eden's biggest beach. The southern end near the town is patrolled in Summer where as the Northern end as well as being Dog off leash area can give you the sense that the beach is just yours, as there are often very few people. Wide sandy beach 2.3km long and while walking it there were a number (not many) fishermen, so they must know something....
