Burnbrae Wines — Attraction in Erudgere

Scam!

I am a young first time mother who held a baby shower here at Burnbrae Wines Mudgee.

When being in touch asking for quotes I was told to book the verandah it was a $1000 deposit. At first I was shocked but overtime thinking I thought, uh it must be an accurate price that everyone pay.

Before attending I paid an extra $500+ on food, not including a package deal just normal customer price. Then on the day guests paid for their own beverages. I was advised by the business to provide my own PLATES and NAPKINS which also came out of my pocket.

After speaking with a friend whom had theirs at the exact location, MORE guests and only THREE weeks before mine she said she was only charged $200 deposit which she then put towards food. I also know of others who also had their showers at the same location with cheaper prices.

I have emailed this business and they are not responding to me as to why others are only paying a small amount and I had to pay $1000. Only with the excuse of maybe a ‘seasonal offer’ although that is...

Being a wedding photographer and working at Burnbrae often, I knew I needed to get married here! We chose Burnbrae, Not just because of their incredible wine and beer but because of the versatility. We really envisioned a wedding that was fully outside under the fairy lights and they didn’t disappoint! The fact that it also has an amazing wet weather option really made our decision final. Dotty and the Burnbrae team were amazing to work with and made our wedding so much fun. Nothing was ever an issue for Dotty and she was so helpful in every aspect of our day. She literally made our wedding dreams come to life. All of our guests are still talking about how good the day was. We are so glad to have booked Burnbrae and it will always have a special place in our hearts. Thank you so much to Dotty and the Burnbrae team....

Wedding of our dreams!! We can't recommend highly enough having your wedding at Burnbrae. We knew from the moment we got engaged that we wanted to book a venue in Mudgee that "felt like home", as though we were hosting everyone in the comfort and welcome of our own backyard and that is exactly the atmosphere that Dottie, Trine and everyone at Burnbrae gave us from the start. Our guests haven't stopped raving about how happy the day was, and that is was "so us", which was executed due to the kindness and effort Burnbrae puts into executing the day how you envision it, with the utmost authenticity.
