Ps 2 star because just experienced nothing like this before anywhere..
Visited on 26th Dec 2024 at 12:40 pm and encountered unprofessional service from a staff member. Despite thanking her twice after paying, she completely ignored me and instead gave a cold, intimidating glare. Her attitude was unfriendly and made the experience uncomfortable. Such behavior is disappointing and doesn’t reflect the warm and welcoming atmosphere expected...

Read moreFirstly, I was refused because I arrived 1/4 hour early as requested but I was not 1/4 hour early at the counter. Yes, I didn't know that the way between the parking and the ticket office was so long. When I arrived, the participants were still receiving the explanations but I was not able to participate because they confused me by telling me that for security reasons we could no longer enter the room once the participants were installed 😂 (completely false, I had the opposite proof later) I had driven 2 hours, they didn't care and didn't want to hear anything. I was finally still able to get a “gesture” from the manager who told me to come back within 3 months. I came back so as not to lose my money. What a disappointment, you do 7 zip lines where you have to wait 1/4 hour on each platform. I had already made several trips like this to other countries where we are alone. There, you are accompanied by guides throughout and you have to wait each time for everyone to pass. Then apparently there is a “spiral tour” and a “tree walk” included in the price but I have no idea since we were completely abandoned after the zip lines when the guides broke off in a cart without any explanation. And also you cannot bring your phone, so if you want a picture it’s only if you pay the pictures that THEY took. And you have go pro’s on your helmet but they don’t explain why and you don’t see any videos 😂 Conclusion, don't go there unless you want to be poorly received and spend an astronomical sum to be in a...
