This place is Wilson's Prom on steroids, While Flinders Island and the main land were once walkable, now Bass Strait is an obvious barrier! But Flinders Island's isolation has done it many favours. Trousers Point is magical, the contrast of crystal blue waters against the beight orange glow of Trentepohlia lichen on the coastal rocks. Great sheltered snorkelling, saw mainly wrasse. Nicely sheltered from the roaring forties.
