Stayed here for 1 night in a Superior Family Cabin. We arrived late afternoon and the heater was already on for us as well as a light. The check.in was nice and easy and staff were polite. The cabin itself was quite spacious and had everything we needed. It was also relatively clean which was nice. Travelling with 2 kids under 3 and one of first stops was the play room after we had unpacked. The playroom was pretty good and would be great during school holidays when it's all going. Met some locals there since it's also a public use area. After the play had a quick walk around the park. It was around 6 so the golf and everything else was all locked up. There's pedal cars for older kids which seems to be a big 4 thing which I also like . This was just a stop over for us before heading to Mount Baw Baw the next day. This is a park where you really need to stay a few nights and during busy peak periods so you can make the most of the activities. After 6 hours in the car we slept like babies, even the adults. The only things I could pick and thats being picky is there is a noticeable lack of lights around the park and parking areas and it would be handy to be able to stream movies to the tv or have them unlocked for that use as this makes the TV's unusable with little kids. If travelling bring a chrome cast to plug in or alternatively a portable projector as that tends to get around hotels blocking TV's which is a common practice that makes no sense. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again in the summer for a longer period.

Unfortunately the recent reviews are a sad reference of the condition of this park. While the photos are promising, reality is, the park has a long way to go. The only reason I can give it one star is because the lady Jules at the front counter was so nice. I would give it zero stars if it weren’t for her and if I could. The toilets were disgusting. There was urine and poo on the floor and walls. And it was like this for some time. Such a health hazard. For such a family focussed park, the pool is ridiculous. Like it’s the size of a home pool. We were there on a hot day and we had to go and buy a misting system because we couldn’t even fit in the pool. It was so murky and looked like it could give you some infection! The high ropes course looked great but does cost extra. There was bad weather so we could not use it. I had booked for it but was not able to get my money back, instead I was allowed to get things from the shop - which was pretty expensive. So that was annoying. There was a lot of rain and it had tipped over rubbish bins. We called the office to tell them that there were nappies and all other things floating and settling right by our van but no one came in any great hurry and they were still there the next day. We were down the back of the park and the drainage was so bad. Lucky we were in our van, but the campers next to us were not so lucky! For the price of this place we were expecting so much more. We will not be going back. And will not be recommending to our friends. The park needs to have more cleaning staff and a much bigger pool!

The camp was very racist and not welcoming. The manager kicked us out of the train because apparently it was unsafe, but when it was finally our turn the manager put a baby in the “unsafe area” on the train. She separated me and my cousin from our family trip on the train. The pool was filthy it was full of bugs and the water was murky not clear, on the camp video the pool and all the activity’s looked enjoyable and fun but in reality they where very limiting and the pool was so small. If you are from a multicultural background I recommend you do not come to this camp, ever. The staff were extremely rude and unsupportive. The activities are all money and not free for the guests which is a total rip off because we paid more than $800, our site was S7. The pool was full of disgusting filth that left my family members with an infection (I have a photo showing this infection). The photos on the website are completely different from the actual camp. And for the people that are reading this review I hope that you NEVER come to this camp EVER. This camp is all about money, the manager is so money Hungary that even the train that is meant to be for free is actually for money. You can’t say I never came to this camp Because I did and I have proof.

This camp was so racisted. If you are from multicultural I recommend to not come to this camp or you will experience racism where the manager will treat you badly if you are not white. My experience was in the train where the manager said that me and my family won’t be able to go in the trine because we “didn’t have the tickets” but in fact we did and when I was talking to her she told me to “shush I’m speaking” and she didn’t let me neither my cousin to in the trine because the door was not closing BUT she let a CHILD that was around4-5 years old go in. The pool was so small and dirty and it had so much bacteria it was so small and you could see the pee. And You had to pay for EVERYTHING. I hope no one go to this camp because it is so ridiculous rude and racist. I was S8. DO NOT GO TO THIS CAMP EVER!!!
