I recently had the pleasure of visiting Bunbury Farmers Market, and I must say, it’s one of the most impressive markets I’ve ever encountered. From the moment I walked in, I was struck by how incredibly organized and welcoming the environment was. It’s clear that a lot of thought and effort go into maintaining such a high standard.
The staff at Bunbury Farmers Market are exceptional — always friendly, approachable, and willing to go the extra mile to help customers. Whether you’re seeking advice on the best produce, looking for a particular item, or simply need assistance navigating the aisles, they are always there with a smile. It’s rare to find such a consistent level of service, and it really enhances the entire shopping experience.
The variety of fresh products available is astounding. You’ll find an extensive selection of fruits, vegetables, and herbs, all beautifully displayed and exceptionally fresh. The meat section is equally impressive, offering a wide range of high-quality cuts, and the bakery is a haven for anyone with a sweet tooth. The baked goods are always fresh, and I highly recommend trying their beef pie — it’s nothing short of amazing! It’s packed with flavor, and the pastry is perfectly flaky, making it an absolute must-try.
Another highlight is the market’s cleanliness and organization. Every product is neatly arranged, making it easy to find what you’re looking for. The layout is intuitive, and the signage is clear, so even on a busy day, shopping here feels calm and enjoyable. Despite offering top-notch quality, the prices are very reasonable, making it an excellent option for anyone looking to buy fresh produce without breaking the bank.
Overall, Bunbury Farmers Market is a gem. It’s a place where you can count on high-quality products, excellent customer service, and a pleasant shopping environment every time. Highly...

Read moreI am utterly outraged and deeply disappointed with my recent shopping experience at your supermarket. After purchasing two cuts of beef and taking all due precautions by transporting them immediately back to Perth City and storing them in the refrigerator, I was appalled to find that one of the pieces had gone horribly bad by the next day. The meat was not just slightly off; it reeked horrendously, had a soft, watery texture, and the smell was far beyond what you'd expect from meat that had just spoiled—it seemed like it had been rotting for days! It even attracted a swarm of flies. I had no choice but to discard it immediately.
I reached out to your manager through the official website, only to be told that the spoilage was due to our method of transportation and that you could not offer any post-sale services. Moreover, suggesting that we should bring an ice bucket next time is absurd! Are customers who don’t have a fridge in their car unwelcome at your store? This is utterly unreasonable! Both pieces of beef were transported under identical conditions, yet only one turned disastrously bad, emitting a stench suggesting long-term decay, not just a day or two.
We paid 40 AUD for this beef, lured by your supermarket's reputation for freshness. If there is no guarantee of quality, then why should anyone bother making the trip? I demand a proper response and appropriate action to rectify this...
