The Grampians National Park is one of Victoria's premier tourist attractions to explore either by walking along the many designated walking trails, doing rock climbing in the area's where approved by the local authorities. The Grampians are known for their natural beauty & great views, particularly around Mount William.
Great camping locations are available in & around Halls Gap & many other suitable places around the Grampians.
There are plenty of motels, resorts locations & even a hotel when heading towards Lake Bellfield.
Lake Bellfield was officially opened by the then Premier Sir Henry Bolte in 1969, this lake is one of the major attractions around this part of the Grampians.
There are some great waterfalls such as the McKenzie Falls, where you can relax & have a cool swim.
Halls Gap is the main shopping precinct of the Grampians, there are plenty of store outlets such as restaurants, great cafes with a wide variety of meals available.
A fantastic public space is available over the road at Halls Gap, where there are public amenities available.
There is plenty of wildlife in & around the Grampians, it is not uncommon to see Kangaroos, Wallabies, Emu's, a fantastic range of bird species including the Wedge Tail Eagles!
If you are planning to camp or attempt to walk the many tracks be prepared with suitable footwear, appropriate clothing & take plenty of water.
The weather in this part of Victoria can change at a moments notice, always allow for extra warm clothing.

Embarking on a journey to the Grampians National Park with friends from around the globe - Thailand, South Korea, Japan, and New Zealand, I braced myself for a remarkable adventure. And boy, did it deliver! Not only did the park offer breath-taking views, but it also presented us with a profound appreciation for Mother Nature's grandeur.
The enormity of the rocks, scattered in a seemingly purposeful yet chaotic manner, left us in awe.
