Dropped in on trip home to Sydney. Was met by Mr Morrison a lovely gentleman who shared about the wines he and his wife craft, he poured me selection he though I'd like. He wasn't wrong, I purchased 2 bottles of Fiano which is so delightful and smooth which I am enjoying as I write this. I then went and visited another historic and bigger brand in the area whose property was full of history and worth the visit for that, but the staff I felt I was bother to and their similar product was nowhere near as nice as the Morrisons.

There were a few wineries in Glenrowan and we decided to come to Morrisons after some research. And how glad we did. It's exactly the kind of business we love supporting - small, local, friendly, passionate, with a great story. Bob was lovely finding out how we like our wine before proceeding to the tasting recommendations. We ended up getting the premium and family reserve reds, the fiano garganega, and rose which we enjoyed very much. We may have found our regular wine supplier as they do free delivery. Winning!

Going to Morrisons today was like dropping into a friend's house for a wine and a chat. We pulled the table into the sun as we spoke politics, religion( yes 2 taboo subjects), children, work and other subjects as we sipped and chatted to the owner Dianne. Family owned and run with no pomp and ceremony like the big wineries. Great views that feel like you're in France looking at the Alps in the distance. Can't recommend this place enough. Thank you Di for letting into your little peace of heaven.

Stopped in here by chance on my way from Melbourne to Sydney simply because it was the closest winery to the freeway in the region and didn’t require a big deviation. I am so glad I did. A beautiful winery run by a warm and hospitable husband and wife couple who run the place and make the wines together. They’ve experimented with wine varieties that aren’t the typical ones you’d find in your local bottle shop at all and ones that aren’t quite typical of that region. Every one I tasted was incredibly beautiful and modestly priced. They also sell beautiful handmade preserves. If you’re in the area I highly recommend making sure you visit this winery. An experience I’ll remember for a...

I was at the winery for a reserved event. For the venue and prices the staff was not appropriate. When seated the staff did not explain the menu. We ordered our food and it came out at different times, two of the paying guest missed out on their food and were told they couldn’t do anything about it as “someone on your table must’ve eaten it on you”. They were told they must pay for another meal and weren’t able to receive a refund. After the issue was resolved and they received their chips, there was hair in one the meals. Over all, not a...

We stopped off here on our way from Sydney to Melbourne as we were staying in Glenrowan. What a lovely surprise! Bob warmly welcomed us and told took us through a beautiful narrated journey of how the winery came to be. The wines are delicious and punching well above their weight for such a small family-run venture. The Durif and Reserve Shiraz are particular standouts. Bob's passion, kindness and hospitality made this an unforgettable tasting experience that has us telling everyone we know to stop by- we cannot wait...
