Goonie I love you! Absolute *bonza* biodiversity, beaut views - basically heaven on earth 🌱 wanna shrink myself down and live in a waterfall cave here 🥹 Good amount of water for swimming 14/1/24 All roads there are shithouse but passable. Back way through Rosebank is very shady, green and picturesque. Tracks throughout the NP are in good nick. Less popular than other NPs in the area.

Nice views, easy tracks. Good to trail run on, compact, wide and well maintained. Also able to mountain bike or horse ride on these tracks. The waterfall track is quite nice (there are 2 main waterfalls you can see, about a 4km loop from carpark).

The park is beautiful. The tracks are great. The signage is non existent. A one hour walk turned into a two & half hour walk as we got lost. Some signs would be fantastic. We even had the Byron Trails book.

First time to explore this beautiful area. With topo map the main trails were easy to locate with random signs at the junctions. Alot of off track trails of which i used one to cut through on. Definitely will go back to complete more of the area. Pleasantly surprised with a bygone era hut hidden away off one of the tracks which looked to be used as a pit fire campsite. Great for bird spotting and exploring the...

A most beautiful National Park to hike in. Definitely a walking path unsuitable for those with mobility issues. Views to die for and plenty of birdsongs to fill the heart. Goonengerry National Park is indeed a natural treasure worth enjoying. Make sure you pack a good raincoat if the weather isn’t fine as there are not too many...
