Get back to nature with a visit to Gooram Falls! First time there with the two kids and we enjoyed the walk and swim. Couldn't get enough of the cool water, and quite obviously a popular hangout: as soon as the sky cleared, we were joined by 20-30 other people. Plenty of spots to lay down your picnic blankets (on the rocks!) and lots of space to swim and take a dip. Be careful of the slippery rocks and pack lightly. No rubbish facilities here so please bring back your trash (sad to see a few beer bottles were smashed on the rocks and left there). Couldn't find the toilets??? While the falls (cascades) themselves are a great natural attraction, the track maintenance is non-existent. The toilets are filthy!
