Gooram Falls Day Visitor Area — Attraction in Gooram

Get back to nature with a visit to Gooram Falls! First time there with the two kids and we enjoyed the walk and swim. Couldn't get enough of the cool water, and quite obviously a popular hangout: as soon as the sky cleared, we were joined by 20-30 other people. Plenty of spots to lay down your picnic blankets (on the rocks!) and lots of space to swim and take a dip. Be careful of the slippery rocks and pack lightly. No rubbish facilities here so please bring back your trash (sad to see a few beer bottles were smashed on the rocks and left there). Couldn't find the toilets??? Firstly the signage, considering the road it's off, is the worst I've ever seen. There are two ways in and the signage on both is nothing short of dangerous. While the falls (cascades) themselves are a great natural attraction, the track maintenance is non-existent. The toilets are filthy! I don't understand why Euroa puts this on any brochure as it is certainly not a drawcard...
