Beautiful park on the Clarence River with boat ramps, ample parking, BBQ facilities, undercover areas, lots of green space and toilets. At the time we were there, only 1 of the 6 BBQs were operational and always sad when previous users of the facilities can't pick up their rubbish and leave the place better than when you found it Wednesday evening must be hoons night. Went to the boat ramp there for the first time to launch my boat. Weekday afternoon. Hot. Boat ramps had been taken over by swimmers who refused to move to allow access to the ramps .I eventually used the middle one of three but it was too shallow for my boat and I damaged my propeller.
