Quite a pleasant little spot at any time of the day. When the tide is in, it's stunning for swimming, and when the tide is out, it's a beautiful splash zone of clear, cool water heading out to sea in a vibrant and invigorating flow. Great place for a cool dip, the walkway side of the road is dependent on the tide, so try get there on high tide, if low tide take a dip on the other side of the road

Not much to do here. It's only possible to swim here during high tides. Small place, not worth it if you are travelling through public transport.
