This is a very special sanctuary for birds and plants. Thank goodness it's protected forever. Perfect for a day visit or you can camp here, tent , camper or caravan but you need to be off the grid, no power available and you must take your rubbish with you. There are 2 toilets and a shower with hot water. Also an outdoor sink for washing dishes. Someone comes around to collect your camping fee, cash only and very reasonable. A couple of years ago (probably 2019) we paid $10 per night but not sure what it is in 2021. The lake with the bird hides is to the north via Graded Road. You need to ford a stream to get to the entry.
