Great little park with lots of elements to keep little ones interested. I went with two boys aged three and six. They spent ages pumping the water, opening the little gate and watching the water flow down the stream. That way you can see the plants from very small and young before seeing them strong and mature growing within the park. New toilets but no hand soap setup so might consider to BYO soap.
