Very quiet and peaceful spot that is calm most days and also a very clean beach that you could go for a swim as there is old shower rooms to change in that are no longer functional. However if you do go for a swim there is an outdoor cold shower to get cleaned up. There is also a good outdoor workout area and a kids playground for the little one’s taking in some beautiful coastal views . If you like coastal walks there is a short one hear to be done which seems to be popular with a few of the locals . There is a nice free public BBQ area hear sheltered and there is a water tap located on male end of toilets for Clean up...

As Landscape photographer from Indonesia who travel to Tasmania as Backpacker. I love everything on the beach, i just dont like the street lights. It is too close to beach side and i hope i had toggle to turn it off for 15 mins or 30 mins. I cant shot beautiful foreground with milkyway cause the street lights shines to my foreground and creating my tripod shadow to sand and rocks and ruining everthing.
