It is a far cry from its glory heyday, but our family has been coming there since the 50s and we still love it. There was a lovely slow gradient from the dunes down to the water and very manageable waves. From babies to golden oldies, all were comfortable and loving the water. All our crew attending were able to catch little breakers non-stop and the younger of us were taking them all the way into shore on their boogie boards. The Surf Life Saving Club were monitoring very actively between the flags and later in the day, ran some training exercises to keep sharp. It is always recommended, but please be mindful of the delicate nature of the dunes as they have been eroding from natural snad moving patterns, and are...

Lovely beach. Spent a whole afternoon there on a long weekend. Lots of people and families with kids.

Nice place to chill out with fam/friends/solo. Yes its called a surf beach but the waves were gentle enough for non-surfers, I was able to swim nicely for hours

Such a nice summer vibe. Livesaving club was there. Loved it. The tide does come in so put your rugs and beach huts at the very back otherwise you will be...

One of the best views in Inverloch is an amazing walk along the beach front - kids love it, very pleasing beach and not too far from restaurants / watering hole if you fancy a tipple.

Great day out, clean, and can get reasonably busy during them very nice days and holidays.

Great fishing spots up and down the whole beach also! Good for aussy Salmon, Mackerel, flattys and whiting -...

I’d forgotten how stunning Inverloch beach is. It’s wide with beautiful white sand and there’s a gorgeous path through opposite my families old house at 90 Surf Pde. The road now has an impressive wide footpath. The surf itself had to be respected. I remember some fairly scary rips as a teenager but it was perfect today.
