The new playground is good, a lot of rope elements which may not be suitable for younger children. There are some dinosaur bones to find in the sandpit. Only 5 tables with shelter, all remaining seating in direct sun. Recommend bringing your own shade / umbrella if visiting on a warmer day. There are no longer electric barbecues available for cooking so hopefully the food truck area will provide some options in the future.

Great place to put the canoe in and paddle up Brisbane river, great picnic spot with lots of open space. There is also a playground and cafe also located here

What a waste of time (2 years) not to mention money, (tax payers),Went there this afternoon, disgusting, around the water banks bloody disgusting, Ipswich council know how to whipper snip,we use to go there nearly every Christmas, not any more, the car park was always full,,not any more, really... And 3 power poles cut in half and painted,come on,there goes our rates going up again, Sorry not HAPPY ,what a ...

Currently Closed. Always gets washed away during Flood Events. Takes years to be re-established which in turn gets washed away again. Kiosk area has had licence Cancelled indefinatly. Not sure what will happen on the next Upgrade only to be Washed away again. Disappointing really. Council needs to rethink options and come up with a Viable solution instead of constantly wasting money. Was Great in...
