Biggest fresh water lake in Victoria. Great camping spots with great facilities. Lake only fills after constant rain, last filled in 2011. When lake is full great fishing, recreation and a beautiful spot to getaway to. Still a great spot to camp when lake is empty. Explore the eerie lake bed. Can still go fishing in Wimmera River (Jeparit), good redfin and other fish. Good...

Fantastic to see water flowing from the Wimmera River into Lake Hindmarsh. Great spot to camp, and enjoying splashing around in those Summer months. Lake is about 50% full, as of the 8th December 2022. Great little township of Jeparit is nearby. Birth place of Australia's 12th Prime Minister, and longest...

Drove for hours to find this lake , improvement needed on signage,we followed the bit of signage that was in japarit and ended up on dirt track this with caravan on was dam hard , went for miles until finely found somewhere to turn, what a joke,...
