The following is my take on the Booderee National Park camping facilities. Toilets, Bathrooms, and Urinals are well maintained. Free firewood and fireplaces. Walking distance to a lovely beach. Lots of places to fish if you are a fishing aficionado. Rubbish disposal facilities are also good.
On the flip side- There is no proper drainage for the drain water in many camping sites. The camper has to fend for himself. Add to this misery; this water attracts lots of leeches and other parasites. This is a danger to the health and safety of kids and other campers. If you have a good camping wan, you are fine. If you love camping, but still having the comfort of hot showers and toilets you will love this place. However there is a ballot to get a site. But if you are lucky enough to spend a week here in summer know that you’ll have an amazing time and make plenty...
