We stopped here for sunset, the car park and facilities seem to be well maintained. The walk to the Hawk's Head is short from the car park. I was disappointed with the view, definitely the least impressive of the 3 main ones which are signposted and there are definitely more interesting spots along the river gorge.

The official lookout platform is poorly placed and gives a bad view of the Hawks Head.

Another beautiful lookout among the many in Kalbarri National Park. Just a short stroll to the lookout and not as crowded as the more popular Skywalk and Nature’s Window. So if you want some peace and quiet just have a picnic on the benches nearby and enjoy the gorgeous views. You do need a bit of imagination to see the Hawk’s head but you definitely will not miss it. Suggest you go to the more popular attractions first to avoid the crowd and on the way back to town...
