Kennington Reservoir — Attraction in Kennington

A lovely area of natural native bushland that's nestled between houses and not-so-busy roads. It's relatively small, however, it feels good, and birds happily sing amongst the trees. There are winding paths and several streams to explore, which make it feel much larger. The streams come from the overflow of the reservoir and, in places, there are rocky causeways that are great for crossing over to other meandering paths. Some of the paths are covered with bitumen whilst others are natural earth. I really liked having that choice! Several paths open out onto the lake area of the reservoir, where there is a well-placed toilet block. Very nice place with nice fishing experience when school holiday trout release by fishing victoria will release in easter...july...septmber holiday season I had very nice sport experience of catch n release..trout. 2..3 years ago i had seen my friend Bob catch redfin on lures but since 2 3 years none at all. It may be good if fishing Victoria consider release of refins(English perch)....and few other varieties of fish varieties....thanks.p.p.naik.strathdale....i used to fish in Crusso lake too ..very interesting place too. 5marks...
