Majestic views. Still quite a bit of Snow cover so those with limited mobility, or knee surgery etc, you are unlikely to make it to the summit. There is currently quite some snow hiking to get to the summit. In addition, the wet melting snow can increase the chances of slipping as there is no visible track up to the summit till about 400 meters from. Over snow varies to 2000 meter long slow going and about 200 meter sections beforehand. Small steps are strongly advised (subject to further falls). There is also some essential works taking place that require off board walk hiking very short distances. If heading up, don't forget long sleeve shirts, sunglasses 😎 and sunscreen and hats are essential. On my walk, many younger persons were frequently falling due to the snow and wet conditions from the snow melt.
