Nice drive to a good view of the dam. The parking space has tables and benches and even covered BBQ facilities but other parts are blocked by wire fencing around areas that had been damaged from a major bushfire from a few years ago. Very pretty early in the morning if misty.

Very surprised and impressed with the brand new facilities. The views overlooking the dam are spectacular and the information centre is ultra modern with very informative displays regarding the construction of the dam, as well as all the water catchment facilities of the Central Coast. It's a bit of drive to get there but definitely worth the trip, especially as a lovely BBQ lunch destination, or just a...

Wonderful new lookout/picnic area overlooking the dam. The info centre has a great overview of history and local flora and fauna. Toilets are clean and easily accessible. Small amount of car parking available but outside of peak times...
