Excellent hospitality from the team, amazing cellar door tasting room - great wines. We could have stayed all day!! Very relaxed, hospitable setting with a genuine team that know exactly what they are talking about - details for each of the wines, vineyard and the process. Cold climate, high altitude, perfect soil. New release wines, so they obviously benefit from a few years bottle age - but great to try them fresh on the estate. Williams Crossing is back and is more aligned to the estate renditions + a ‘one off’ Cab Franc - that they hopefully continue for ever 🍷👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻 Highly recommended - book if you can, arrive on time, allow extra time. Worth the trip from Sydney!

Really beautiful cellar door and the drive up to the cellar door is stunning. The animals are all very friendly! We had a dozen bottles shipped home to Sydney (free delivery >$400, and 10% discount when you purchase a dozen). I loved the white Pinot (rose) the most, it was fresh, fruity and just a lot of fun. The Pinot gris was delightful and I loved the clean finish. My wife loved the Chardonnay and the Pinot noir. Would highly recommend curly flat - also their (late) cat is on the cover of a wine cats hard cover book - very cool

One of my favourite wineries! Visited a few times, first time reviewing. Always a lovely tasting, sit in front of the fireplace if you can. Beautiful customer service, knowledgeable and welcoming. Wine is beautifully balanced, and you can taste the craft. Jenny is often around and will take you on a little tour of the building. Never required a booking, just walk straight into the cellar door. Beautiful grounds, dogs are welcome. They don’t offer food on site, and I would say not super suitable for children.

Really tired of businesses not updating their social media pages to correctly reflect opening hours. We drove into Curly Flat today with their open gates and their Google and Facebook pages showing us they were open on Fridays between 12-5. We got into the Cellar Door but nobody came to serve us after standing around and waiting for 15 mins. We couldn't reach anyone so left after deciding against helping ourselves to the wine at the bar. Clearly a big operation but a disappointing experience and a waste of time. We spent some time at smaller, boutique wineries earlier in the day who were wonderful and accommodating. Should have...

What a wonderful experience sitting down to a relaxed, informative, friendly and delicious tasting of these wines! Our first time to the area, and what a treat to start our mini-break weekend away. The warm hosting by both Leilani and Ray, along with the incredible wine portfolio made for more than just a tasting. Weaved with snippets of the history of the vineyards and future-focussed approach and winemaking philosophy, it made for a really engaged and personable afternoon. Definitely recommend taking the time to stop at this gorgeous site to take in all that it has...
