We saw this place on the map on during a recent trip to Kyneton and decided to pay them a visit. We decided on the tasting flight of 4 wines and it did not disappoint. Each wine made it's own unique statement and with the help of the friendly owner we got to enjoy a relaxed drink and also learn a bit about the process and the area. Lyons Will is probably one of the best wineries in Australia, let alone in this region. Small batches of incredible wine are produced here, all of which scream the brilliant terroir of the area, with sumptuous wines, a gorgeous cellar door and passionate & knowledgable hosts.
