Thought it was a little inappropriate and slightly dangerous to put together 15 people on small track. Our family group of 6 age ranging from 4- 55 with group of 6 young competitive men + 2=12? Yr old boys (who probably would have had a better time without us) When asked for feedback from my daughter, to which replied that we felt there was to many on track especially when others showed no courtesy, felt a bit dangerous so not much fun. Were met with rudeness and attack of how successful their business was so they couldn't care less what our experience was like as there "experience " outshined it all! Looking forward to going back Hobart or Launceston where there are limits and thoughts as to whom to put together on a track to make it a safe and friendly family environment. I didn't ride as I'm unable atm, as for talking over top, no! I reiterated what my daughter had said as it was also my opinion as an observation, remember, you asked for FEEDBACK! If you can't hack it maybe you shouldn't have fienghed interest or maybe try something new and except constructive criticism gracefully instead of another rude response! And yes there was that many, I have video...
Read moreMe and my group of friends booked a session to go go karting and were greeted atrociously. It’s important to note that most of us are women who wear headscarves (hijab) for religious reasons so therefore it cannot be removed. We as a group all understand that there are safety precautions that come with go karting but we weren’t expecting to be told that we had to remove them. I tried to explain to the lady who had told us this and she was adamant that we had to take them off saying that there was no solution and that our scarves must come off, all this was said to us with an attitude and a dirty look on her face. Another man that worked there was kind enough to give us the option of tucking in our scarves which was what I was trying to ask her to do from before and when he said we could, she didn’t look too happy about it. She treated us as if we were stupid afterwards and started to complain about our payment methods saying that we apparently didn’t listen to her telling us to bring cash and when we asked for the receipt from her, we were met with an...
Read moreWell worth a visit a good time was had by all. They've got very new Kart's that are all computerised as in they can turn the power down 4 the inexperienced or if there's an accident. They've got junior Kart's as well as the adult 1's also got tandem karts for the grown up & kid. They've got new helmets & hair nets supplied but you can bring your own approved helmet as well. They've got a few arcade games & an 8 ball table so it's had a makeover recently which looks great & more to come. The track is like a proper car raceway without the sand traps. With it lined with tyre's a good family visit to let your lead foot go wild but remember it's not dodgem cars & they will turn...
