I mean, as a road crossing for a hiking trail...it's good? I didn't get hit by a vehicle, so A+, really. Has some unofficial parking areas if you want to do a day hike, but the hikes N/S are very flat and not much to look at until you progress past the shelters. There is Brookton campsite approx two kms North if you want a quick overnighter. Be a good place to do a slack pack if you're doing the Bibbulmun, someone taking your bag around to Sullivan Rock and you could smash out a few mountains with just snacks and...
Read moreGreat place to start a walk north or south on the Bibbulmun track. You can park here and walk out a couple of km to the free Brookton shelter, or about 13km to the Mt dale shelter. Another couple of KM and you are at the top of my Dale which is highly recommended .
